AXA FINANCIAL'S EQUITABLE LIFE LAUNCHES REDESIGNED WEB SITE
New York, NY ― The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U.S., the principal insurance subsidiary of AXA Financial, Inc., has unveiled its redesigned public web site at www.equitable.com. The enhanced site features more dynamic information, intuitive navigation and direct access to the full range of Equitable’s financial services and capabilities.
Equitable.com’s new look and functionality, designed to meet the growing demand for enhanced Internet-based services, illustrates the company’s continued commitment to provide information and tools intended to assist clients and prospects in their understanding of financial planning.
From the site’s homepage, individuals can quickly access, monitor and update secured client account information through easy-to-use pull down menus. Business clients can quickly access their 401(k) plan information, 3rd party distributors can link to AXA Distributors’ Online Wholesaler, and individual clients, prospects and sales associates at AXA Advisors can connect easily to AXAonline.com.
The Products section contains a life insurance and annuities segment that explains how these investments can fit in an individual’s overall financial strategy, as well as the seven planning strategies of retirement, and a glossary of terms.
An all-new Retirement Center helps employers determine what products best meet the needs of their retirement plan participants and assists individuals in understanding their retirement plan options.
To further aid clients, a new Tools & Information section features a series of calculators and links to useful informational resources about taxes, securities regulation, insurance and social security. The Press Room has been significantly revised. In addition to the most recent company news and information available to the media, the Press Room now includes downloadable images of members of the executive committee. And the Customer Service section has been redesigned to help clients expedite their searches for assistance.
"We’ve addressed the key goals we had for redesigning Equitable’s web site. First, we wanted our clients and prospects to have greater access to the most up-to-date information about our complement of insurance and financial products and services. We also wanted to present this information in a more user-friendly, easy-to-navigate system," said Stacy Braun, Vice President of the Integrated Marketing Communications Group.
