All employees, associates and registered representatives of the subsidiaries of AXA Financial that manufacture, distribute or service life insurance products are to observe and conduct themselves in accordance with the IMSA Principles and Code in all matters affecting the sale of individually-sold life and annuity products.

This Policy Statement on Ethics is a guide to ethical practices in working with clients, suppliers, competitors, the public and each other. AXA Financial values its reputation for honesty and integrity.
